To start, I very much enjoy my doctor, MD burg, and have had only positive experiences. The reason for the review is the incredible rude office workers! They not only speak in a disrespectful tone, they interrupt and Refuse to answer basic questions. Very disappointing

Per Dr Berg... Very rude receptionist, refused to answer simple questions and would get frustrated when trying to book an appointment. I'm sorry that I have a schedule myself and the times you offered at first didn't work. Should reconsider your job if booking appointments is that stressful to the point you get noticeably angry. Horrible! I chose to find a new doctor solely based on the interactions with reception. I'd rather sit on a waiting list for another 2 years than be treated like that. Disgusting behaviour. Judging by the comments, this is an ongoing occurrence and seemingly nothing is done about it

Love my doctor. Looking at all the other reviews everyone else loves their doctors too. But across the board the receptionists are all extremely rude toxic people. So many times I have sat in the waiting room and heard every single personal detail about the people trying to book a follow-up appointment. The detail that is bugging me the most, is when they call you to book appointments, they seem so annoyed when you ask them for different times. I don't think anybody can really just drop everything to go to a random appointment. If I don't accept the 10:00 a.m. appointment, she deliberately words it like she's punishing me by making me wait an extra two weeks. It seems like the doctors are never on time, but that's normal everywhere. The lab has been closed since the beginning of covid which is slightly inconvenient.
