Andre came out to help us when our sewer line froze during a cold snap in Winnipeg. He took my call right away and came first thing in the morning. He did everything he could to try to unfreeze our sewer line. He then suggested a company and a method that no one else had suggested to us. He checked up on us more than once to see how we were doing, and to ensure our problem got fixed. He went above and beyond to help us, including suggestions for us to do this coming spring to ensure this problem doesn't happen to us again. Highly recommend. He was caring and professional

Andriy, the owner of Dnipro, is a fantastic plumber who takes pride in his work and cares about his customers. My family and I were visiting my 80 year old mother at her acreage over the holidays when she had a plumbing blockage and when cleaning out the pipe we discovered clay in the line, which meant we would need to excavate to find the problem. On Friday afternoon prior to the New Year's Eve long weekend, we were nervous that we wouldn't be able find a qualified plumber to undertake such a major job for significant amount of time. We called a number of places and our fears were ringing true with a minimum of 7 days being quoted before anyone could come out to assess the problem. I called Andriy and he told me he would do his best to address the issue right away but needed to line up the underground line detection service and the excavation contractor (BNS Excavating out of Teulon). Within two hours of first calling him he had everyone lined up to be at the property first thing Monday morning which was a holiday. He arrived at 8:45 am (15 min early) and the contractors were all there on time as promised. He got right to work and within a few hours had detected that the pipe had separated underneath the footing of the house. Andriy developed a temporary fix to allow us to continue to use the toilet as he would need certain parts that were not going to be accessible on a holiday Monday and returned on Tuesday with necessary parts and equipment. He spent considerable time having to jackhammer through the concrete in the basement to access the pipe that needed to be replaced and updated the necessary sections of the 50+ year old pipe to ultimately fix the issue. His workmanship was outstanding and he is very forthright and honest in regards to what he is doing to address the issue and why he is doing it. Both my Mum and I were extremely satisfied with the job and his pricing was extremely reasonable, especially for a rush job over the New Year's holiday. Dnipro will now be our "go to" plumber in the future and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for an honest plumber who has a ton of experience. Service: Sewer repair
