I would reccomend Shauna from Greg Michie, without a doubt to anyone! Her knowledge, and experience is second to none. She was always available to answer any questions (big or small) and provided constant guidance and support in an ever changing market. I'm so grateful for her help in finding me my perfect home. I will never use another realtor. Thank you so much Shauna for your patience and help throughout the process.

I was looking to purchase a farm property; I had done my research and had worked with few agents that werent a good fit for me; I identified a property that I wanted, and I initially was going to use the listing agent, but through negotiations with the agent, I realized she was only representing the vendor's best interest. I suppose thats why the vendor and the buyer each have their agent. I decided to get an agent (Kees). Kees was knowledgeable in his craft and honest. I ended up paying $45 000 less than what the listing agent was pushing for. He negotiated to include a list of items I wanted in the deal, as well he saved me $10 000 in GST. Kees was excellent throughout the negotiations and helped me connect with other needed services. The only criticism I have of him is that, in the end, he did not show up for the walk-through at the procession, and when I contacted him, he said he was away, nor did he reach out to see if the procession went through smoothly. Thank God nothing was amiss because I dont know what I would have done otherwise. If you want someone that will pull all the stops to represent your interests during negotiations and maybe even save you some money, Kees may be your guy. Just discuss with him what your expectations are beforehand.

Believe me one star is overated, Kees sold my property using a residential offer of purchase form to sell a farmland property which cost me paying the GST which should have been the responsibility of his client to pay. When I reached out to him, he said no mistake was committed on his part, that he was working for his client and was trying to save them from paying the GST. It was common practice. When I met with my lawyer he indicated that my agent and Kees were both liable for this mistake, since my agent should have caught the mistake and Kees should have used the proper form to begin with. I feel that this is a dishonest little game played on Kees part by testing another agent to see if they would catch this mistake and if not this benefits his client. $28 000 commission was paid to these so-called professionals. Afterall who paid your salary Kees? My agent admitted her side of the error and paid part of the GST, Kees ignored everything. The owner Jeff protected his employee by pointing the entire fault to my agent, instead of trying to resolve the situation. This is a statement on Jeff's profile on his website: "responsible for reviewing all transactions for completeness, accuracy and to ensure that our clients interests are looked after." If he reviews every deal and misses his own agent's mistakes then why is he blaming my agent for not catching his agent's error? I was willing to have a fair negotiation but this ended up as a pointing the finger game. I wish we could have resolved this like adults instead of involving lawyers. The reason I took an agent to sell in the first place was to make sure mistakes like these would be avoided. Trust me, look for another realtor if you want a smooth transaction and honest business.
