Great guys. Recently went in to have a nearly new softener serviced, and before proceeding they advised me to do a few tests on my own. This process helped me find a small damaged part that I was able to repair myself, easily and inexpensively. Fantastic outcome, these are the kind of people that make the world a better place. 5 stars, thanks again!

We have a dual tank metered system with a Fleck 9100 that is nearly 20yrs old we bought from Bert when he was ABC. Recently it became apparent that the seals were leaking and I think a gear began skipping when it attempted to switch from tank 1 to 2. In any event, I obtained a Fleck 9100SXT (the digital version) when I was in the states and called Northwest to come to the house. I knew we needed to replace the resin bed and exchange the valve and have it programed, both of which were beyond my comfort zone. Stan came to the house with 3' of premium resin, vacuumed out both tanks, installed the new valve and programed it and we couldn't be any more satisfied. Should be good for another 20yrs! Highly recommend their expertise and gracious approach to the somewhat intimidating field of water sciences.

I had this company come to my new to us house this summer. We had recently moved in and wanted to verify that the softener system was working correctly. There was a sticker on top of the softener that said Northwest aqua. We assumed it was this company. After a quick call, we were told someone could come take a look and would be in touch. A short time later, a gentleman called and said he could be here in a little while. Gave him address and directions. He arrived at my house. At this time, there had been absolutely no talk of any service charges. By either person we spoke to on the phone. While he was here. He checked water at a sink in basement. Ran some tests. Set softener because it was actually to soft. Checked an injector. Checked water again. Said everything looked great. Took him 5 minutes max. Gave me some plastic bottles. Said fill one of these a day for the next 7 days. I'll give you a call in a week. No invoice was given . No phone call came. Bottles sat on the counter for over a month. Ended up throwing them out and forgetting this ever happened. Well yesterday some very ignorant lady called me. Told me that there was a list of stuff done at my house. I must not have noticed it all if I stood there watching the guy. Says if I didn't agree to invoice that I should've called and that they are a great business and there reputation is out of this world. I tried to explain that I watched exactly what he did, I'm a trades person myself. I have no problem with a bill, but no invoice was given. How could I dispute something I didn't have? I was not home at the time she called and was in poor cell service. My phone disconnected on her. She called back and left a voicemail explaining tha she will just write this one down for now? That they do free water tests but not service calls for customers. I have tried calling multiple times with no answer. I'm not one for reviews but I think this company takes the cake. Don't argue with customers when all the customer is doing is trying to explain what took place. Because she obviously had no clue and I've never spoke to her before.
