I've been working as a fleet manager/dispatcher for the last three years and have always had a positive experience dealing with Cole Intl. for dealing with customs brokerage. They are always very friendly and communicate very well about any issues that may arise and get them sorted out very quickly. Out of all the brokers I deal with on a weekly basis, they are definitely in my top-3 to deal with, and always clear loads for my drivers very fast. Very little issues ever spring up as they tend to pursue information directly from the client rather than ask us to follow up with them. Excellent customs broker. I'm not sure what their pricing is like for clients, but I'm sure for this experience it would be worth what you are paying for. Definitely would recommend.

I needed to ship some home renovation goods from the US and required my own broker for the shipping. Wendy at Cole International made it all happen very quickly and the goods have now arrived. It was quick and painless! Will most certainly use them again.

Cole International was incredible for us throughout our entire process - from initial questions, to quotes, to follow ups, to scheduling and payment. It was all super smooth, easy, professional, patient, informative and reliable. At one critical point, we almost had our original transportation carrier bail on us, and Wendy from Cole International was kind enough to connect us with someone else they trusted and even made the 3-way business call connect; and stayed on the line to help provide clarity so we could make an informed choice on how to get around the impass. In the end, it all worked out and Wendy also helped us save money! We could not recommend Cole International enough. We will most definitely be a return customer for any of our future custom broker needs.

They dont like one time people. Sent them a call to get something from the border to have them to pick it up. Never received a call.
