I've done business with Gimli florist multiple times, she had a great selection, competitive prices, delivered when I asked, and has a multitude of items from Germany, Ukraine, that make great handmade gifts to buy. Ordered flowers for my moms birthday and had selected pick up on February 3 at 9am. I get a call from my mom on January 31 saying the shop called her and that her flowers were ready to be picked up the next day and that they read the card to her over the phone. My mom ended up picking up the flowers February 1 instead of my stepdad who was originally going to get them on the Friday of her birthday as a surprise. Ive ordered from here before and have had no issue so this one came as quite a shock that they could mess the days up so badly.

I ordered flowers for my moms birthday, At her age who knows how many birthdays she will have, They were supposed to be delivered in the afternoon, I call my mom at 7:30 and she didn't get them, Not happy at all, She goes to bed very soon, flowers were for her birthday today not tomorrow.
