We were looking for help to clean out our Mom's house as we prepare to sell it. From the initial contact to completion of the huge job, the Team at Total Moving were competent, courteous, professional, and on time. When I had any questions or requests, I recieved clear and courteous attention to detail answers. Emptying out a house load of memories is a tough thing to do. The crew and I had a few laughs about some of the stuff especially my really OLD hockey Cooperalls Seeing as I'm not quite ready to let some stuff go, I was happy to have the option to store it at Total Storage. The culture onsite was the same as the Moving side. I was able to remove all the stuff, store it, and put up the for sale sign this week. "TOTAL" one stop shop. Highly recommend this team of absolute pros!!

I had the entire contents of my condo stored for over a year. I just moved (using Total Moving) all of my stuff to my new home - it is in the same condition it went in. Great location, friendly staff & easy access anytime.

While our furniture was stored there we followed the advice given to keep our stuff safe throughout the winter, off the ground on pallets. When we moved out we found that we lost over $4500 worth of furniture, there was mould on all stuff. For paying over $500 a month and finding out after a year we lost all out furniture with no compensation was terrible. There was water throughout the unit everywhere. If you want your furniture to be safe in storage DO NOT PAY THIS COMPANY. Ask to see the photos of our furniture

From the first call to the last delivery Total Moving provided 5 star service. Claire was an amazing help throughout the process and the follow up by Colby to make certain everything was in order was service second to none. Having to store my furniture for 2 weeks could have been a real pain but the whole team made it stress free. The young team of movers were like seasoned veterans but with backs of young sports stars. They were very polite, prompt and always had solutions, never complaining about our oversized furniture. There is definitely no job too big for this company. A big thank you to the entire team.
