Emailed them in 2020 for a quote and they asked for pictures of my kitchen and my address which I sent back to them very quickly. They responded quickly and provided me with an email quote and said the next step is to book an in home consultation. I replied almost instantly and said lets move forward with the in home consultation. Then all of a sudden they said they are booked solid and cant come do an in home consultation and to try again next year. Tried them again a few days ago(march 2022) and sent them my address and pictures again, and now all of a sudden they dont service my area of the city. So in 2020 they were too busy to come to my house and now in 2022 the same address is too far for them. Just very strange business practice.

We have nothing but the highest of recommendations and regard for Paint Magic. Bob, the owner, was absolutely professional in all aspects of the process! He initially helped guide us through the paint selection stage which, for us, was the most crucial decision we had to make. From that point on he executed every phase of the project flawlessly! He communicated effectively throughout and delivered a final product that was beyond our expectations and with minimal disruption to our daily routines. And everything was completed on time! Definitely deserving of a 5 Star rating!
