Been there twice. Both times, ordered the Classic Ildy burger and fries. First time, got it home (which is literally down the street), found both burger and fries to be cold. Didnt say anything. Thought Id give it a second try..once initial order received, both were cold again. Informed waitress (who was awesome), who took it back. Got it back less than a minute later. Got home (1 min away), was colder than the first time. Nopeno third try here.
