Emond Roofing did our 2 story house and garage. Beautiful job! Pleasant and polite staff. The crew was efficient, on time and did an great job. You would never know they were here. Their clean up was excellent. They even banged in all the nails in our eaves-troughs. We are very pleased. Thank you!

They did a great job. Leo and his crew were polite, efficient and answered all my questions. I would recommend them.

EDIT: I tried to contact them after they responded to this review. They never responded to me. So... there you go. Our insurance company sent Emond out to do an inspection of our roof. The inspector said there was wind damage and they would report it as such to insurance so we would be covered. They left us with a shingle selection sheet and went on their way. They came back shortly after and said they wanted to do some temporary work for ~$408. We would not have paid for temporary work since we intend to get the roof fixed ASAP regardless but we were lead to believe that when insurance accepted the claim -- which they would as Emond's inspector told us he'd report it as wind damage -- the $408 will either be reimbursed or go towards the deductible. The next day, a different guy came to do the temporary fix on the roof. Before he began work we asked him about insurance and the report. He told us "insurance said go ahead". As he was leaving we asked if that was all he was going to do on the roof. He said that's all he was instructed to do. Several days passed and we heard nothing from the insurance company. I contacted them and was told they had not received the report yet and would inquire with Emond. Shortly after, we got a denial letter. In Emond's report, suddenly the cause was said to NOT be wind. This obviously came as quite the shock. We then tried to contact Emond several times to talk about what happened. If it was just a misunderstanding we'd have asked for them to do the roof work anyway so as not to have wasted that $408. They never returned our calls. Now we're not covered by insurance despite being lead to believe we would be. Emond's report was different from what they told us they would say. And we're out $408 for the useless temporary fix as we have to get the roof fixed permanently ASAP before winter. I felt compelled to share this experience here as there is nowhere else to do so. Unfortunately we find Emond to be untrustworthy and would caution against working with them if this is how they operate.

Didn't hire them, and probably wouldn't. Who knows - they may do excellent work but we'll never know as we were forgotten after contacting them regarding a sizeable project we have planned for the spring including, siding, roofing, and E/S/F. I had to write back, and call back, and only after doing that a couple of times did someone finally visit our home to take measurements, etc., When the quote came it was much higher than any of the others we received (and we obtained 5 in all including theirs) so that was that. I can't comment on the quality of their work and as I say it may be quite good; who knows. But I cannot recommend them based on our experience, given that we did much better with each of the other four companies we contacted. A solid 5th out of 5, unfortunately.
