        Unreliable. While the service started off decent, it has gone down hill dramatically. There have been a couple of times where Duane didn't show up when he said he would, but he had reasonable excuses. I sold my cottage and gave him almost a month's notice that the tank needed to be emptied before possession day. After 2 weeks, I called again to tell him the tank was completely full and needed to be emptied. I've called him 3 more times since and none of my calls have been returned. Thankfully, the possession day got moved back a week and I have a few days to find another company.
