        Mismanaged organization run by a awful board of directors I will never support this organization. They do not put animals first.

        We adopted our dog from PVHS. It was a great experience. The staff are great and run the facility well. PVHS is an extremely important facility in the Pembina Valley.

        We applied to adopt a dog at the PVHS. The process was quick & straightforward. We got to meet our girl Sprout & take her home after we met at PVHS, got to interact with her, asked questions, met the foster parent. It was a good experience & love that they are helping out Dogs & Cats around southern MB.
