        Not sure why everyone thinks that the lady behind the front desk is rude, I thought she was friendly enough.

        Would give 0 stars if I could. Old lady behind desk is miserable and should retire before she drags everyone down the same lonely road. She expected me to know all the lingo and rules surrounding the situation and if I even dared ask a simple question I got a half answer in a angry reluctant tone.
