Tanya is amazing! She has helped me with many injuries . She does a great job of explaining what is going on with your body and knows how to fix it . I highly recommend seeing her!

Regardless of time they are always overbooked and never seem to have time to answer questions. The building is always freezing and seems to be lacking funding. I felt that they didn't hold up to what they promise. I will certainly not be going back nor would I ever recommend it. The lack of staffing and space made it really difficult to do anything when just trying to do your exercises. Not to mention the amount of noise from the washer and dryer because they r in the main room with you. Then they always have a lot of ppl in that small space and it makes it very difficult to do anything. For pool therapy they use the quality inn pool and it's insanely cold and they don't seem to clean it much apparently. I honestly hope that my bad experience doesn't happen for anyone else.
