Whitey's Fitness Body Shop

I highly recommend Whitey's Fitness and Body Shop. The coaches are wonderful and encouraging with lots of member support as well. There are different classes for everyone!

Great gym, welcoming community!!! Met awesome people, gained self confidence, and going there is literally the best part of my day! I love going to classes because of the motivation I get from coaches and other athletes. Always leaving this gym with a smile :))

I can't say enough about the great coaches at Whitey's. Attending classes is never intimidating - they are happy to recommend adjustments to any of the routines so that everybody can participate, even people like me who haven't been in a gym for over a decade!

I recently joined and was super nervous. The staff and fellow members helped me with my set up and gave me assistance with the workout and proper ways to do them. Everyone was so encouraging and always keep me motivated. Great place to workout!!
