We had to deal with ValleyCentral as the third-party repair shop for Visions' extended warranty. They fixed the wifi issue of our TV, but when it was delivered, it had a damage on the panel. I only found it out the next day it was delivered since I was busy and tired from work. They claimed that it left their shop in good condition, but there was no way to know if it really was in good condition until I plugged it in, which it was not. I hoped that they had tested it in my house on the delivery date but it did not happen, or it is not their SOP. We've been going back and forth for over a month between them and Visions only to be offered a no-mark-up price for the TV part which costs almost as a brand new TV. Customers almost need to have a warranty for their job because there is no guarantee they'll send your appliances in a satisfactory condition. Had I known the reviews about this company prior to this incident, I would have looked or asked for other repair shop. Service: TV repair
