They will rip you off. I got a stage 2 tune for my diesel 535d and after $1400 dollars the car has the same power and less turbo boost. In other words it's still stock. I asked if they could do only a tune and they said yes but charged me for a tune and delete even though I already spend 1k for the delete in a different shop they talk professional but rip you off anyway They wouldn't take the extra hour of time to make it stock again and give me back at least a portion of the money. They lie and even after a third appointment can't get it figured out. They promised an additional 120hp and I got not even 80. Turbo boss it below stock after tune. These guys did a major service on our ML Bluetec. They did a great technical job, provided fantastic customer service, did the work ahead of time, and communicated very well. The Owners are the guys turning the wrenches and getting the job done. They do a great job for a reasonable fee. All our cars will be going there moving forward. I can't say enough good things about them. Highly recommended. Update: After several more trips back here (all for new unrelated work), these folks never stop impressing. The communication is great, and they treat my car with TLC just the way I would treat it. There is no letdown in quality whatsoever. I recommend these folks all day and every day.
