        Staff is friendly and easy to work with. I bought my house from them back in 2020. Few minor things wrong with the house that were easily fixed, and a few things that they had to send someone over to fix. One thing that really bothers me, the whole basement is wired to one breaker, and the drywall is already in. When I asked about it, they just said it was up to code and that's how they build. Not happy with that answer, as I now have to do more work to rewire the entire basement. Service: Home building

        We decided to buy a heritage home in March of last year. Construction was completed on time in October. We are very happy with our new home and the build quality is great. We have had a few minor issues, but they are quick to respond and address anything we've found. Ashley was fantastic to work with and made the process as stress free as it can be. I would highly recommend heritage as a builder! My only major criticism would be the realtor they use. He collected a hefty commission and did not bother to meet us at any show homes. Once we decided to communicate directly with heritage rather than go through their realtor it made things much smoother.

        Heritage Lane Builders built our new home and it was an incredibly easy experience! The design team was so friendly and helpful! We also recieved possession on our possession date!! Highly recommend! UPDATE: we had the most amazing experience today with the Service Manager Keith! He came and took a look at some issues we needed to fix and promptly had us scheduled in to get them fixed! I felt heard and I would definitely recommend this builder based on the phenomenal experience we have had with the service team! Service: Home building
