Open Health Niverville

I have never had a good experience here. They do not answer the phones. It is not a walk in as the website says. The staff is always rude. What is the point of having a clinic if residents cannot be seen?

We've (whole family) been patients at this clinic for over a decade. We've always had great quality care by the doctors, physicians assistants and nurse practitioners. The reception staff have been accommodating, kind, and helpful whenever we call or are there in person.

I can only give it the one star, and that is cause Mairi Burnett helped solve my migraines. Otherwise, I suggest go somewhere else. I work during the day, I am sure many will agree. Who can afford to take time off for a 15min meeting with the doc when they want to know how you are doing when you clearly tell them you are doing wonderful. Then they toss you aside. I cannot. I work during the day. If they had evening hours to accommodate those of us who work long days, that would be fantastic. But sadly no. I do not feel you can be my physician if you cannot understand my position.

This clinic is a pleasure to deal with. The staff and the doctors are kind and efficient allowing them to rarely be running behind schedule. And when you need an appointment on short notice, they do their best to get you in as quickly as possible. Our community is blessed to have such a clinic in town which saves us the time taken to drive into Winnipeg for care.
