I have never had an order correct from this place. Its always mixed up, or missing items. Or sandwiches are constructed with the wrong ingredients. Ruins my morning every time I go and nobody needs that, these people are incapable of doing their job when its busy. Clearly. I tend to go on Saturday mornings and I swear on god Ill never go back. Today was it, never again. It literally would be faster and less stressful to drive to sage creek.

Drive thru is ridiculously slow. Waiting 10-15 mins when not peak time. I actually wrote this review while parked in drive thru.

Problem is management, management, management. Really need a no stars options. Arrived after 1pm today with a very long line up. Cars leaving the drive thru. I should have. Finally got to the order speaker and was greeted with a very half-hearted "hey". They had no ice caps available and no bagels. I've never seen a Tim's that consistenty has so much nothing. Got to the pick up window and had to deal with another scowling employee who did not greet at all. These are not employee issues, issues related to poor management. Good mgmt = happy enployees = happy customers. A consistent lack of staff and bad customer experiences should tell the owner something. If the owner cares, they will bring in good mgmt and revamp this disaster.
