        My furnace broke on the weekend, called Manitoba Hydro and they let me know I needed either a repair man or a new furnace. I didn't want to call anyone in until Monday morning (it was warm enough out). Sterling was fast, professional and provided me with options moving forward. I appreciate all the time and effort demonstrated from Sterling Plumbing & Heating.

        The consultative approach that Brook and Dan collaborated on to provide us with options for upcoming upgrades to our HVAC system and hot water tank was refreshing. They offered suggestions and solutions based upon what their next steps would be if they were faced with a similar situation in their homes. While in my home Dan took the time to explain how my furnace operated and seemed thoroughly excited to answer any additional questions i had as well! Service: Repair HVAC
