ADM Storage Inc.

I have been doing business with ADM for the last 2 years and it has been a great experience dealing with the Adm storage team. Their rates are one of the best in the city and they provide great service. I will surely be doing more business in the future.

The WORST customer service I've had in YEARS!!!... I had a dealing with one of the owners... A dude that identified himself as "Marco"... I have to say the interaction began pleasant enough, and he suggested I have my used shipping container unit brought in(at my expense), so they could properly assess what work needed to be done to it... once the container was in the posession of ADM Storage, the bill started adding up for work to be done to over $1000+ and I suggested to Marco I could do some of the simple tasks myself to save me a few $(with my 4" angle grinder that only took a few mins and would have saved me $250), but still having him complete the work I was unable to do on my own... Marco became RUDE and demanded I remove my shipping container from his property immediately. I contacted the tow truck driver that brought my unit to ADM Storage on the suggestion of Marco, the driver "Eric" refused to assist me in the removal, stating he and Marco were "like family" and he(Eric) didn't like the fact that I was "Nickle and Diming"($250) ADM Storage, I then had to make other arrangements with Tartan Towing to retrieve my shipping container as I didn't know what the ADM Storage recourse would have been had I had not done as they demanded.

What a great storage facility with friendly and helpful staff. A huge thank you to Laura who helped us arrange a trailer and made the transaction fast and easy!!! We will use them for all our storage needs.

I had to rent two storage containers. Awesome service. Very clean and secure. I parked a vehicle in one and they provided ramps within minutes of requesting them. Office staff were very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this business.

Our business recently burned down(no fault of ours). During our rebuilding process, we reached out to them for storage options, speaking with an employee. The owner reached out personally after to help however they could. A local small business doing what they could to help out another small local business. You can't get better service or ethics that that! I would give them 6 stars if I could. Wonderful people.
