McDonald's

Came inside McDonalds for my food, ordered 4 McDoubles and watched a worker in the building station wearing no gloves. WIPING THE SWEAT OFF ITS FOREHEAD and proceeds to continue touching burger Patties with bare hands. To top it off watched that same worker pick up a patty off of a bun and put it back in the tray where they leave them to cook. That is the most disgusting experience I have had at any restaurant/ fast food place. Dont go to portage McDonalds unless you want sweat infused burger patties. Shaking my head.

Words can't describe how much of a disappointment this place is. Firstly, the workers lack communication and common sense. So indoor ordering closes at 11:00pm. I wasn't aware, my bad, however. We waited until 11:15pm for someone to tell us. After 3 employees looked at us. The girl who told us gave the most rudest repulsive look out there. So rude I hope she gets fired. Secondly, management is terrible. You have employees arguing with each other. Customers waiting decades for their order. Very unprofessional environment. Lastly, management do better.

I went to McDonalds after a very long work night just looking for a quick, warm meal. Unfortunately that didnt happen, Instead I was given the exact opposite. After an hour wait, with at least 30 minutes parked after ordering. A lady came over and admitted they forgot about my order and didnt know where it went. After finally receiving my order, I open it to find cold food, rock hard chicken nuggets, a dry- condiment less burger (especially when I asked for extra ketchup because they always seem to lack on the sauces) and a poutine with cold hard fries and barely any toppings. I know what its like to work on the food service industry, and I understand when its busy, how things can get messed but tonight was way past that point. I dont know what was more disappointing, the wait or the food. It just reminds me why I only go there as a last resort option.

Worst McDonalds in all of Canada! Food is always cold, they always forget something usually a straw and terrible customer service! On top of that your average wait in drive through is 20-30 mins, like its fast food thats why people go there not for the quality of food it sux! The owner of this place should be ashamed!
