Telephone number listed doesnt answer as Shoppers Drug Martjust says not available try later? What kind of a drugstore doesnt answer the phone or, give their name? Every other drugstore in town answers the telephone!

Only been to the pharmacy twice and had to wait over 20 mins each time. First time I got 12 pills instead of 28 and second time 2 other people got served before me

Was told that Shoppers Drug Mart does not accept PC Gift cards. Checked online and it says that it would and should.

Honestly If I could give a 0 to the pharmacy I would. They gave me the wrong amount of a medication. On another occasion they gave me all my refills at once. When I called, The pharmacist said he couldnt assist or take back the extra refills despite it being their error. My doctor faxed a new prescription to the pharmacy. They failed to notify me that they were out of a type of medication and only refilled 1 or 2 prescriptions. When I asked, they advised they had faxed my doctor for a different medication. My doctor did not receive the request. I followed up and provided the correct fax number to Shoppers, my doctor still didnt receive the request. I ended up travelling to Winnipeg to get a new prescription which I had filled elsewhere. I no longer trust them with my health or my meds.
