        Lennox was, in general, just the absolute worst. Really not good at all. Basically not there to help dealers or try anything to help the homeowner either. We stopped buying from Lennox as they are just terrible. Bad service all round and leaving dealers holding the bag. Every person that worked there 3 years ago or more has quit. So, Lennox locally has gotten a bit better. The new store and staff seem competent. Lennox warranty is still the worst there is in the industry in my opinion.

      So, Lennox locally has gotten a bit better. The new store and staff seem competent. Lennox warranty is still the worst there is in the industry in my opinion.
