Horrible had to call customer service 3 times to find my package. They are disorganized poor communication. Not recommended .

Terrible. Had a very important letter sent via courier and they outsourced it to Canada Post because they "dont serve my area". I watched their internal tracking number bounced my package around winnipeg as 'in transit' and 'processing' for 3 days, then got fed up and called customer service. After three calls to their customer service desk they finally told me about outsourcing and provided the Canada Post tracking number. It does not appear that they inform the shipper that they outsource in this manner.
