Called in the morning about my fridge after a few questions about the model and issues I was having I was told they would be by in the afternoon. When the tech showed up he knew right away what the issue was. After a bit of work he had my fridge back up and running. Friendly and knowledgeable service.

I've been waiting for repair service since Dec.15, 2022 and it's now April 1, 2023. They keep saying the parts have been ordered but have not received any requested call backs or updates on my parts. Very disappointing!

This company is the LG repair service in the interlake region. Avoid LG if you live in this region as you will not get proper service from this company. Several month wait with no service or follow up is absolutely unacceptable. Zero stars, avoid at all costs.

After dealing with other local appliance repair men who did not know what they were doing ... I called this man and he drove all the way out to my place an hour from where he is located and fixed my problem in no time and at a very low price.... great to deal with and knows what he is doing
