Nice and casual Doctor with great staff. I'm visiting from BC and there was no issue with that.

I called to get an appointment with one of their scientist as I needed a referral to a Gynecologist. The person at the reception took my information and asked when I wanted to come in and I said 4pm. Then she said you'll need to provide urine sample and when the results comes back then you'll get the referral. I told her that I did urine test in Dec and ask if they could use those if they're still available and she said have them refer you then and hang up on me. I called back and the same person answered. I said I can't get the referral from the lab that did the previous test so, I need the appointment with one of their doctor so I can get a referral. She answered: "no you don't, you are making assumptions." I was confused so I asked, assumptions of what? Then she hang up on me again. I tried 2 more times and she let it go to voicemail but you can't leave a message. This person was talking over me as I was trying to explain to answer her questions. Not everyone have familly doctor they can go to for referral. Either they don't have one or their family doctor isn't available. If that's how you treat people who call your care facility for help with their health, you should be ashamed.

Nurse was incredibly rude. Complete lack of interpersonal skills and it was beyond obvious that she could care less. Makes me really question whether or not our health care system actually has a funding issue, or just simply an attitude and work ethic problem. I'm sadly seeing more of this trend in Healthcare and it's not okay.

Was able to book an appt right away, same day. Would be great for a doctor to be here, but the Nurse Practitioners are good. Sometimes we need prescriptions that the nurses cant give. Overall great here. Michelle is very friendly and great to deal with.

We were really happy with our experience at the clinic. The receptionist was super friendly and good at multitasking. She set us up with what we needed to get a urine sample from our three year old at the same time as checking us in. Very practical and possibly saved us an accident. The clinic wasnt too busy and patients were taken care of quickly and efficiently.
