Paid 42$ for 2 burgers and a poutine, was told it would take 20 mins.. came back in 20 mins and it wasnt ready, no big deal, asked where the washroom was while I waited and was told very rudely the restroom is for restaraunt guests only... I literally just handed this person 42$ for 2 burgers and a poutine after driving 3 hours, and they refuse to let me use their washroom. so I hold my wizz, stand and wait, Another customer comes in behind me, leaving the door open.. the same lady who just refused to let me use the washroom comes out of the kitchen screaming in my face to shut the door.. I told her shutting the door is for restaraunt guests only, and she shoves past me and slams it cussing under her breath. There are a million little burger joints out in this area, and most of them are great... this one is not.. the burgers were fine, not really good, like 6$ or 8$ burger quality, not the 14$ they were charging, the poutine gravy was sub par, super salty, and the poutine toppings were microwaved... not worth the 30 min wait, not worth the price, and for sure not worth supporting a business who is so rude to customers... just go to the next place down the street and get treated like a human.. Im not sure where the best burger spot in the area is, but this for sure isnt it...
