Been here since June 2022. Hardly any of of the entrance doors to the dorm corridors close properly. Which is in my opinion, a huge fire hazard. Actually had a Room with no smoke detector in it and some of the rm doors don't close or lock properly. Room cleanliness at times is also an issue. Often wonder if the sheets on bed have been changed between clients. Bathrooms in rooms should be cleaned everyday which they are not. Doesn't look like shower curtains have ever been washed. Main dining hall has been running out of items at times, coffee, milk, and the crushed ice dispenser often has a boil water advisory warning on it. Food is very repetitive from wk to wk. Often there is only one food server at busy time while there is a huge line up.?? Parking lot is very overcrowded and there are not enough plug ins in winter to accommodate client vehicles. Staff seem very nice and helpful for the most part.
