I hope my experience here was a rare thing, but I was quite disappointed... I took my new to me 2010 Buick Enclave for an engine and coolant flush. On their bill, it states that they check all fluids, and air filter. I was given a $3000 quote for repairs needed, and was told they did not flush the oil because he felt it wasn't needed, and also didn't flush the coolant because it seemed fine and I should save my money for the other repairs. I was greatly appreciative for that! However... I do all my own work usually, just don't have the tools to do a true flush. Thus why I brought it in. I started taking things apart to start working on it a few days later. I found the power steering reservoir was right empty, then noticed the coolant tank also was near empty with about " of fluid in the bottom of the reservoir tank... Was anything actually checked? I really can't afford to pay for a new power steering pump or rack... I'm really happy I checked it myself! The air filter housing was also basically stuck together extremely well. Pretty sure it wasn't checked either. The filter was pretty plugged up. Would have been good to know. So I basically paid $180 for an oil change and a scan. Not the end of the world, but could have been a costly miss for someone who doesn't do checks or maintenance on their car! I'm lucky I do my own work, and had a quick glance at these things. What about other customers that don't know anything about cars.... Could be costly. As I said at the beginning, I really hope this isn't a constant thing there! I was very disappointed!

We just had Dan from St Pierre Garage replace the engine on our truck and coukd not be happier with the great, quick service! Will be back for sure!
