        Got home and realised I didn't have the recommended pan. Heated oven with pizza stone in it at 450. Placed pizza on hot stone on middle oven rack for 23 Min, removed stone from oven and let pizza sit on stone for another 5 min outside of oven. Turned out perfectly crispy on bottom, nicely browned on top. Great pizza.

        The pizza was tasty, but the crust was not despite cooking to the recommended time and temperature. The crust was like an undercooked lasagna noodle. Whats the best way to cook this pizza??
