This is the first time we used this company and I have to say they are THE best company to get for your glass! They are thorough, quick and answer any questions I had. I Highly recommend AH Glass :)

Approximately 4 weeks ago, we called to get a quote on a front, kitchen window that has been cracked for a while but had not yet caused us any issues. The day before they were supposed to come measure our window, my husband instructed the AH Glass employee to make sure to let me know he had arrived so we could discuss what kind of window we were thinking of. The man never knocked or rang our doorbell and while measuring the window, he damaged it further by pushing the cracked piece inward and somehow CHIPPING IT in two spots! The AH Glass employee never called back and so my husband had to constantly call to get ahold of him. He lied and denied that he had damaged our window further. He then said he would get back to us with quotes for our window. He NEVER CALLED BACK! He completely disappeared/ ghosted us even though my husband continued to try to get ahold of them afterward. After the damage, I was still willing to give AH Glass my business but after hearing from my husband that the man had lied to us, never will I ever give AH Glass my business and I will let everyone I know about this awful joke of a "business". We have since moved on to an HONEST trust worthy company to install our new window.
