        I have been at Stone Brook Strength for 9 months and am achieving goals I never thought possible. The emphasis on strength and mobility, health and wellness, has brought so much balance and joy to fitness for me. I was not into regular workouts and never saw myself as an athlete. I think I can say confidently now that I see the athlete in me. :D The coaches are kind, encouraging and extremely good at their job. The whole place is so welcoming and filled with wonderful people. I cant say enough great things about Stone Brook Strength!
