Days Inn by Wyndham Steinbach

I had a glowing experience at this hotel, and Ill definitely be staying here again. The rooms were *very* clean, breakfast and pool were way above average, and most of all, the front desk staff were phenomenal. I didnt experience any major issues or hiccups that needed resolving during my stay; rather, it was during my somewhat benign requests (asking for cutlery, getting locked out) that their service really shined through. The front desk staff were consistently kind, courteous, and curious - seeming genuinely interested in their customers and making great conversation in the process. Thanks DI Steinbach - Ill be here again soon!

Swimming pool is small. Also heavy smell of bleach.

Check in was late and room wasnt cleaned properly. Never any towels at the pool and the pool area is gross. Rooms : 1/5 | Service : 1/5 | Location : 4/5 Hotel highlights Great value More
