On Google this restaurant will show they are open regularly. But I have arrived to this place multiple times with it being actually closed. Very frustrating.

I have been several times and food is good but inconsistant. I usually do takeout. I dined in with a friend and the service was AWFUL. We asked for water 3 times, were never asked how things were, food was a bit subpar this time, had to ask repeatedly for takeout containers, server was snippy and annoyed, then totally messed up our bills and double charged us for items and as soon as menu was requested, suddenly "realized" her mistake. The animosity we felt was almost tangible.

Customer service: 1/5 Food: 2/5 Making customers feel unvalued: priceless Our party of 5 wanted to place an order for take out. We arrived at the restaurant and were berated by the owner who tried to herd us like cattle. We asked for menus to look at while we chose our food items. Despite promising we would give them back, we were not provided with sufficient menus for our party. We advised that we had folks with food allergies and dietary restrictions. The restaurant would not provide us with a list of ingredients, but assured us our dietary restrictions would be honoured. (Spoiler: they werent!) We were made to feel like unwelcomed guests as we waited for our food, and we were absolutely prohibited from sitting at an empty table (of which there were many), despite promising to leave if a party arrived. Speed (not too fast) ahead to when our food is ready: over half an hour after we ordered. We take our food back to eat, and notice modifications we asked for were not made. We called to confirm whether the modifications were made and the front of house staff became defensive and insisted THEY did not make a mistake. A bit of back and forth later, they acknowledge the kitchen staff made a mistake, and yet continued to say it wasnt THEM That made the mistake. When severe food allergies are at stake playing games of semantics is really not a good look: at the very least, take ownership of your mistakes!! As for the food, it was bland and underwhelming. The pad thai also had a texture that could only be described as mushy with the occasional burst of gravel (no idea what could have cause that texture). Tempura was an absolute soggy disaster because the restaurant did not put an air vent on the container. The miso was goodgiven how bad everything else was, I am glad they didnt mess that up. The bathrooms were surprisingly clean. Hands down: the best part of our experience. Overall, would not recommend and will not be returning.
