Kidzone Family Entertainment Centre and Bouncy Rentals

Honestly being said, I feel like my expectations were almost entirely met. The ONLY single complaint (suggestion) I have is the amount of setup time. 20 minutes isnt enough when almost 1/2 the guests are 10 mins early. A full hour would be a little wild but 40 minutes would be fair all factors considered. If its a having a paid staff on hand issue for that, Id be happy to pay for that hourly wage just to have enough time to setup to be able to greet everyone appropriately. Aside from that, it was clean, friendly and efficient.

Enjoyed our time for my son's birthday . It was nice that we were left alone and had access to the kitchen. Kids had a great time. The only downer was the price. As a single mom and no other options in town to have a party at.. I feel the price is not fair. It was $100 an hour and minimum 2 hours. When you take the kids to play on a normal day when they are open to the public..it costs around $10 a kid. We only had 9 kids .. we had to provide all our own food . It cost me $260 to have my son's bday there for 9 kids. Then you add gifts, goodie bags, decorations and such. Was a bit out of my price range .

Great place to go, site and let the kids run around. I have had 2 birthdays there and i find it a great place in Steinbach and no clean up for you afterwards.

We attended for a birthday party. The play area and tables appeared clean. Staff was friendly, but it was a bit tricky to find as the app tried to take us down a long road country road passed the location.
