Ive been going to this optometrist for most of my life. The last few years however this place has gone down hill. Lets start with reception. One lady was very rude to me on the phone on several different occasions. The other lady destroyed a pair of my lenses, by spraying something on them, after working there for a decade you would think that she would know what certain sprays do, and listen to her patients. Went in with coating off in sprays left with a completely unuseabke pair of glasses. Dont worry. We will send them away on Tuesday, this was a Friday, because we arent open on Mondays. This place is very hard to get ahold of since the pandemic started. The door is always locked and they have a by appointment only policy, except that the phone is always busy and they dont have an answering machine. Never mind the fact that they arent open on mondays. The only saving grace at this place is one lady who is excellent about adjusting glasses. The only person I trust to touch my glasses. To bad. I wont be going back after what happened with my son. A year and a half ago I took the kids for their yearly appointment. At that time I told the doctor that my son was squinting and closing one eye to look at things. He blew me off completely. Told me it was fine. That kids dont need glasses until they are school aged and that him squinting was probably nothing. Fast forward a year and a half and we decided to try another optometrist in town. Turns out my son has a plus 7 prescription. When the new doctor checked his eyes she was horrified that it was missed and couldnt believe that he had been to the eye doctor before. I could go on. I had a very badly scratched cornea which hurt and bothered me for years after and every time I brought it up (once a year since im very consistent about my yearly appointments) he told me it was a tear duct problem. No man my kid shoved her finger in my eye and now it hurts constantly? It is really disappointing to have had so many bad experiences there all at once in this last year. Ive been going here for 25 years or more, but I will not be going back. I need an optometrist I can trust and this doctor and his staff have been unreliable, rude, and incompetent too many times.

I had a screw come out of my glasses, they replaced it and fixed me up while I waited outside even though I didnt have an appointment. They were very friendly and kind!
