One of the worst experiences I've dealt with, charge me 140 plus a 14 dollar part charge for coming to my house and blowing on the condensate line, come to find out that isn't the issue. Some of the worst service I've ever dealt with from the manager, extremely disrespectful obvoscating the fact that there trying to scam for service calls when they didn't replace any parts, and try to get away with charging me an extremely high price for a 5 minute call out that didn't even fix my problem on top of the parts charge that is a total scam.needless to say I will be switching over to hydro as I am not dealing with this company anymore as problems will not be fixed, I've payed 1000 dollar heating bills in the past and on top of that trying this on a well valued customer. Discontinuing service asap and never going back.

Installed the wrong water heater so I called, explained what service I had and which was installed and asked reception if I had the wrong one, they said they had to send someone to look at it. The man they sent asked me what type of water heater it was and once I told him he said he can't help me and left after receiving the same information I had given them over the phone, he didn't even look at the heater. A month later I receive a 115 dollar service charge for him to come to my house for 2 minutes tops, look at nothing, say "can't help you" and leave. So I ask reception for a refund, she says the manager will call me. After over a week I call back asking for the manager and he says he will speak with the technician they sent out and call back. Been well over a week since then and still no call. Discontinuing service.
