No help at all, these guards absolutely do nothing just roam around and stand. I lost my airpods and keys ( sensor)as someone took my cart in walmart. If they were quick enough i would've found them. I asked them to check cameras after half an hour their supervisor was telling i dont know i need permission from manager to check. I roamed around for 2 hours, no one tried to helped me except 1 lady gaurd, who was telling me nobody was answering her calls?! I don't know what else they are supposed to be doing there. I was a loss of 300$ + for me who's gonna take responsibility for it?
