We always have an excellent experience at the Virden location. All of their agents are kind, professional and efficient and we would gladly drive across the province to work with them.

Dissidence
Service: Felt very much like by being there, I was a huge burden to them. Walked away before I was finished speaking (because she assumed she knew what I said). No smiles. No motivation to help me with my issue. And was told one thing by the MPI Service line on the weekend, and a different thing from them. As a result, I felt very dismissed. Like I was dealing with robots. The only good thing about this place is that they try to make it as quick, cold, and callas as possible.. But my emphasis, regarding the "positive", is on the "quick".
