I had them come out to troubleshoot my Geothermal furnace. I explained what happened. He said the unit was plugged and a part needing eight hours labour to replace was needed to unblock the water line. He charged me $365.00 for the call and the furnace wasnt working. It turns out the water furnace froze up. All that was needed was a few hours to untoward and it started up as normal. He should of been the experts on fixing the unit. He should of said all I need is to let it sit and thaw. If it doesnt work then I will be back to check other issues as applicable. But even though I domplained I still paid for two hours of wasted time for something he could of told me in ten minutes or less. This is not professionalism sending rookies to a job and charging $145.00 per hour for something he knows nothing about. Service: Heating system maintenance

They can fix commercial kitchen equipment as well !!! My DUKE holding unit was just fixed by them and runing as new now. Highly recommend !!

Their phone presence was excellent. They asked the correct questions and seemed knowledgeable about geothermal systems, but when it came to book a tech visit they wanted me to pre authorize up to $750.00 on my credit card before they could do so. What's more, the document they sent me to fill in to perform this pre authorization did not have any mention of a limit, and stated that by submitting the form I not only agreed to pay any amount they would charge, I also agreed to all terms and conditions, without specifying the terms and conditions or giving any link so I could look up what I was agreeing to. They were very polite about it and were sorry I felt I could not do business under these conditions but that was how they do it.
