a little out of the way if you don't live in the area but well worth the visit. The cider is delicious (and award-winning!). The owners are very passionate about what they do and happy to talk with you about the process, the product or even the weather. On nights with culinary specials they can run out (of food, there is plenty to dink including non-alcoholic choices for the wee ones) plan on getting there early. Dog friendly. During the warmer months there is a patio to sit on and the whole orchard of 400 trees is licensed so you can go have a wander through them while enjoying the cider. Come and have a picnic! load of opportunities for instagrammable moments. They are very supportive of local artists of all ilk. mro. - I

It's a hidden gem off a country road. Even when you drive up to it, it is very "unsuspecting". Not until you round the corner of the building, do you start to discover it's unique charm! The outdoor sitting area has a wonderful view of the yard and country landscape. Inside is a "one of a kind" rustic sitting area for a fair sized group. Adjacent and in open view, is the production plant, where you can book a tour and be well entertained by Matthew, the guide and part owner. You can also taste test the different ciders (award winning even) and purchase them if you wish! Our group had booked the tour and we thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon! I would recommend to everyone, to make the drive and experience something unique in our very own "backyard"!

Great experience with Dead Horse Cider !! We bought product for our wedding social and both father and son were so accommodating ! We have tried many of their products and flavours and have never been disappointed. Their new non alcoholic ginger sodas are great on their own or even for mixing !! Thank you Dead Horse Cider, you guys are killin it !! Support local !!
