        Went inside to order my tea and there was only one staff working the front, everyone else was at the window. There was 4 people in front of me and I stood and waited 27 minutes. Very frustrating definitely not doing that again!

        I used to come to this location daily but stopped coming because the customer service is extremely rude and my order is never correct. Their espresso machine is constantly broken, never have a sign at the speaker telling the customers its broken. When it is working they tell me that they are cleaning it. Never have ever experienced such terrible service before. They also like to talk about their customers in their language which Ive experienced first hand. Do better Tim Hortons Winkler!!

        Terrible service the people there don't care about the food or the job. Certain foods they supposed to have, they dont because they don't feel like making them morden has way better service and experience.
