Dealer did not complete install/used rotten wood to put up heat exchanger/to small of screws to mount hangers and a list of other issues including threating me when I asked for work to be completed before paying full amount. After settling with playing 90% to dealer and completing work myself I ran into issues with stove the next year. I found out dealer did not send the water sample he took in, and therefore all of warranty was void and company refused to help at all. I believe the product has potential, but my experience has been very frustrating and would suggest only going with if you dont care about warranty and plan on installing yourself. *update - after less than 5 years of ownership, having to deal with fixing multiple leaks I got up this morning to the ash area being flooded. Blows me away that a company feels its "ok" to not stand behind warranty because of their dealer doing poor work/not following through with their commitments. *update - after calling in regards to the response to the review. note honouring warranty due to: 1- water samples not submitted (1st not submitted by dealer / 2nd yearly one sent then was told my warranty was void so did not send any additional) 2- I did not follow the test recommendations and submit new sample after - the results were not shared with me via phone, text, e-mail, mail / had no way of knowing what adjustments to make as no feedback other than on phone of "your sample was no good and because your dealer didn't submit when it was installed last year your warranty is void". Very difficult to adjust based on "no good".

I am a very satisfied customer. My HeatMaster G7000 has exceeded my expectations from the first day. It uses less wood than I expected to heat my large old house (4500-5000 sf). The gasification function makes it much more efficient than any other wood-fired boiler that I researched before purchasing. I fill the firebox twice daily on cold days and less than that on milder days. My only regret is that I didn't install the boiler 2-3 years ago. I poured a concrete pad for the unit and dug the ditch to the house for the heating line. Eldon Yoder and his team showed up around 7 a.m. on February 15 and had the fire going by 11 o'clock. It has not gone out since that day.

We love our Heatmaster G7000. It has kept our 4,000 sq ft house cozy, given us unlimited hot water, and reduced our heating bill down to nothing! The unit performs better than expected, with no smoke. Cleanout is easy, feed her twice a day, and we are all super happy. Thanks Heatmaster!
