Leisure Travel Vans

We were on the road for 7 months straight with our 2022 Unity CB and with a few minor issues decided to drive to Winkler, MB to have our work done instead of the dealer, are we ever glad we did. They accommodated us even though our plans changed and we arrived a few days earlier, the service was nothing short of outstanding. The intermittent issues we were having were taken very seriously and they did not quit until they found the issues. We stayed 3 nights and were treated like gold, from the attentive service from Mary and the white glove service from Kevin Friesen- they both went far and beyond anything that would be expected!!!! They are both longtime employees and are very proud of the company they work for and take much pride in their work. We have given a full star rating to the company, and the entire team! So glad we have purchased a Leisure Travel Van.

Bait and switch.They quote you a price and then make you wait. Then raise the price by $40,000. Horrible customer service. Ask them the price of Rv and they will mislead.

My entrance window shattered in a 2014 Unity MB. Steve in parts wanted VIN. After I replied he never sent information and his voice mail only lets me respond with a phone number. No reply in weeks. Had much better results when Don was working on parts. Great Unit, POOR PARTS follow-up. Very distressing. Don in Texas. distressing. Don in Texas
