I recently started going to Rise and I love it. From the moment I walked in, the staff and community were friendly and welcoming. The gym is clean and well-maintained, and the equipment is in great condition. The trainers are knowledgeable and supportive, and they provide excellent tips and guidance to improve my fitness routine. The classes offered are varied and challenging, and the instructors are motivating and fun. I have had a positive experience at this gym, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great workout and a welcoming community.

The rise coaches and community that is built there makes you want to keep coming back! I was very intimidated to start with rise, I had never exercised with weights before, and never gone to a gym. But everyone is so wonderful and made me feel so welcomed, and Im feeling stronger already!

I attended this gym in 2015 before they rebranded and went by Muscle Hut. I blew out two discs in my low back while working out with Kurtis Fox, the owner - I had to immediately leave the facility in severe pain and was never able to return. I've struggled with significant back pain since, and had back surgery in Brandon in 2019. I had 1 disc fusion and 1 disc replacement. Unfortunately, I still struggle with daily pain after surgery - I was and am a healthy individual besides this. I have heard of a dozen other people who have injured their backs at this facility under a variety of coaches. These are life altering injuries. There was no support or help in recovery from this, besides ending my payments, Kurtis never reached out. This facility has you deadlifting and squating with a bar and weight on your first or second visit with minimial instruction provided. I highly recommend you proceed with caution at this facility and ask a lot of questions about what you're program has you doing and why. Personal trainers should set you u p to succeed outside of the gym and improve your long-term quality of life. My experience was completely the opposite. Edit - Response to Rise: We communicated by email after the injury. I asked you to put my membership on hold, you responded and asked how I was doing, here was my response to you: "Thanks for doing that. It is better then last week but there is still pain with sitting and overall I just feel tired from standing a long time and lifting anything. " It was you that never responded back to me after that. If you wanted to make improvments to your coaching you could have done that, and still can! You knew it was a result of deadlifting, as you were there when it happened. The onus shouldn't be on your clients to make improvments for you. A better response from your facility would be what you've all put in place to avoid another situation like mine, versus a bunch of reasons why it's not your responsibility.
