The fil@ment brand filament is amazing! Alan was the guy I spoke to and was very kind and friendly! Definitely buying more filament in the future from this place. The pla was the easiest and highest quality stuff I have ever printed.

My aftermarket wheels lost one of the centre caps. I went and visited Alpha Play from doing a Google search about the 3D. They are very friendly and professional, I am not a computer savvy person but they were able to explain the process to me to where I understood what they had to do. They completely passed my expectations on the finished product and the price was absolutely amazing, I definitely thought 3D printing would cost more. I will definitely be back when I need something else printed. Highly recommended!! Ps I didn't want to advertise for a company that wouldn't sell me a cap. Hence 4 blank caps

Can't recommend enough. Knowledgeable staff and you can't beat their prices for Filament. Will be advocating anyone in Winnipeg who is into 3D Printing to support this local business.

Cool store, but do not rely of them to have stock of filament. They are ALWAYS sold out, but they will hold the popular colors on a shelf by the cash for their friends.( Those boxes of white have been there for a month) Just use amazon. I love the place but lately its been very inconstant, and the switch to cardboard spools while I get the enviro impacts they are very difficult to work with. Edit Since I cannot reply: I thank you for clarification on the boxes at the counter, as I said above I love this place, but I was in a few weeks ago and that's what was conveyed to me. That aside, I was just posting due to the lack of selection, it seems there has not been many options even on basic colors in months. I am still happy there is a 3d printer store locally, but as i said originally. Do not RELY on them having stock as it seems (to me at least) there is more times when there is none available than available. You say 'My approach was local, better filament, better pricing, and you get it right now'.. I agree better filament, prices are solid, but cant get it right now.
