        The new owners and how they run things now with getting your taxes done is not okay. Your taxes in person are done in the waiting area so everyone in the waiting area can literally hear your business. There is no confidentiality. It used to be done in a room/office. Also, even when you book an appointment for in-person you're still going to have to wait 2+ hours. They do not let you know that it is cash only. Not a good experience at all.
