Worst place to have your taxes done!! Keith is very unprofessional, rude and downright lazy! Weve been fighting with them for a year for a screw up he did in 2021! Do not go there unless you want to be prepared to have trouble

My whole family went and had our taxes done by this company and we have had nothing but problems. One didnt get submitted properly. Mine was reassessed and it took me over three months to get the paperwork I needed to give to the government. I called and left messages and finally had to go in and get angry before anything got done. I just received another letter saying that my T777 was never submitted so I now owe over $3000.00. I have now left another message with the receptionist and she hung up on me. If I could give them less than one star I would!!! Avoid this company unless you want to have problems!!!

Thanks goodness Keit hlped us. My son needs expensave medications and we did Pharmacare and taxes fast, and got it finished.

Terrible. They entered my address wrong so I never got my CRA assement in the mail. The tax summary they gave me had errors which they didn't advise me of so when they submitted my taxes to CRA it was different than what they provided me. I ended up owing not getting a refund as they originally said. They filed my taxes late resulting is a late filing fee plus interest has been growing on it because I was not aware of it. I went back to find out what went wrong and was refund the late filing fee and interest amount but they still never corrected my address so I did that myself. I asked why I wasn't advised of the error on my tax summary and given a heads up about owing and got a 'sorry for your troubles' but no explanation. Very unprofessional, very disappointed.
